SUNTCN R & D team building at Xiangshan beach

On September 6th and 7th, 2024, the R&D department of SUNTCN enjoyed a memorable team-building trip to Xiangshan beach,Zhejiang,China.

The blue sky and white clouds reflected the blue sea.  Everyone was very excited and rolled up their pants and waded into the shallow water, searching for treasures from the sea. Crabs scuttled through the sand, and shells sparkled in the sunlight as laughter and the sounds of waves created a joyful atmosphere.

As dawn broke, the team witnessed a breathtaking sunrise.  The sun rose slowly from the sea, painting the clouds red and filling everyone with hope for the day ahead. This moment connected them to the beauty of nature.

An intellectual quiz competition added excitement to the trip. Team members showcased their skills and teamwork, competing fiercely for honor. The lively atmosphere was especially evident during a Q&A session about the company’s history and solar inverter products, where participants shared their expertise on hybrid inverters and other products, fostering knowledge and collaboration.

Beach volleyball emerged as a highlight of the activities. Teams formed quickly, and the matches were filled with energy and enthusiasm. Players ran, jumped, and spiked the ball in the soft sand, with laughter echoing even when someone fell. The day ended with a bonfire party, where the flames danced and illuminated smiling faces.   Everyone joined hands to dance, creating a sense of unity and joy.

The team-building experience not only enriched employees' lives but also strengthened team cohesion and confidence in the company 's future. The memories created by the sea will inspire and motivate them to promote the research and development of energy storage inverters.
